Day Four of Solitary Confinement

March 11th seems so long ago. A lifetime ago. Who would have thought my world as I knew it would abruptly end on March 12th?

Time drags interminably on. Alone. Isolated. Stuck with the two looney birds that live in the backyard with me.

Trying to get my mind off my unending torment, I dug through an old photo album today. It was actually kind of fun. I found photos of the little Ninjas before I knew them. They look so sweet in those photos! Anyway, I thought I would post a couple of my favorite ones...

The oldest Ninja has always been such a free spirit. Years ago she had a horse named Lightning who only had two speeds--stop and full gallop. Darcy was wild about him and was one of the few people able to ride him.

The medium-sized Ninja has always been ALL ABOUT Superheroes. When he joined the family at the age of six years old, he could not speak any English, but two hours after coming to America, he saw a picture of Spiderman and INSTANTLY recognized him and began excitedly shouting "Spider King! Spider King!" in Chinese!

And, the Littlest Ninja has always been a princess! Her life has always and will always be overflowing with DRAMA! Rayna is as overwhelmingly expressive of any and every feeling that she experiences as the oldest Ninja is reticent/private/secretive about her own feelings.
