Guess I'll be staying amongst the Living, afterall!

Well, I am thoroughly recovered from my brush with death!!! Thank you so much for all of you out there who poured out encouragement and sympathy on my behalf!

I spent most of the evening reading my sister's blog. The little weasel is actually turning into quite the blogger now that she is living an exciting life in Alaska! The coolest part is that in the week since she arrived in Alaska, she has grown a long fur tuft on her right ear, just like mine and our brother's! She was always such a little snoot about how she didn't have a "hideous coyote" tuft like mine and now she's grown one, too!!!! There is justice in this world, after all!!! (Since she has such light colored ears, her tuft doesn't show up nearly as well as mine. My ears are dark, so the light brown spot of extra LONG, thick fur REALLY shows up well on MY ear! I'm rather proud of my tuft!) I see she posted a close-up of it in her blog...I'll have to dig through my old photos and see if I can find a close-up of MY tuft...if so, I will post it here later...and if not, I'll just get the obnoxious Spokeswoman to take a picture of it for me. She's been a bit more attentive since my illness!

Great to hear that you're feeling better.

We have fuzzy ears but Momma says that it's on the list for our big grooming day tomorrow- along with cleaning up our hocks, trimming our toe fur, doing our nails etc. I may try to hide behind my kennel to see if I can escape.

Poor Ransom. I am glad to see you are feeling better. I hope that your tummy doesn't do that again, but I know I too think little warm furry things are yummy, they just don't always agree with my stomach, kind of like Dad and wine, but that is another story.....

Ransom it does look like you are doing a lot better. Glad to hear you came out of that hideous illness. Maybe it was a good thing you didn't come over last weekend. See ya sis.

I'm glad I don't have to go through intensive grooming like you Princess Eva!

Thank you to those who expressed sympathy...and to those of you who suggested I might be a bit melodramatic...how could you possibly utter such a thing? I am the most understated dog around! I stick to the facts, just the facts!

And I agree with Khyra...I think my sister WAS trying for 100 posts in a single day! I, for one, appreciate such excesses!

And, Vader, are you okay? You've never been so nice to me! Maybe when you chewed through the air-conditioner wires you short-circuited your attack mode?! I hope you recover! You have me worried, dear brother!
