Can Life Possibly Get Any BETTER!!!

Whoooo-hoooo!!! Guess what, guess what, guess what??? We went to DOG CLASS tonight! I had no idea it was time for dog classes to start back up. As previously noted, my irritating Spokeswoman does not bother to let me know about anything ahead of time...just springs things on me. Any body have any idea of how I can TRAIN her to INFORM me of important matters in a TIMELY manner?

But, back to the subject at hand...we had dog class tonight! It was the "advanced beginners' class" so it was a lot smaller than our class last Fall. There's always lots of rank beginners, but advanced beginners are a lot rarer! Everyone in the class was SHOCKED at how big I've gotten! Last time I was in class, I was just ten weeks old and now I'm nearly nine and a half months old (and almost sixty pounds bigger)!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE dog class!!! So many other dogs to meet and greet and TREATS!!!! We are getting ready to learn to drop into a down while coming, so we practiced sinking into a down from a stand without going into a sit first...they taught us that by putting a treat in front of our noses and then sliding it down to our chest. Of course we all happily sank back to the floor to get that wonderful treat back at the end of our noses!...and then ATE them!

Class was so much fun! Medium Sized Ninja came with the usually cranky Spokeswoman and I. Afterwards, we went to the college where the Spokesguy teaches and picked up Littlest Ninja. She was hanging out with the Spokesguy while he was jamming with his bluegrass band. Oldest Ninja was busy elsewhere at a soccer game. The two smallest Ninjas, the usually stingy Spokeswoman, and I went to DQ to get one of those wonderous pup cups. There was a REALLY long line, though, that didn't seem to move, so the impatient Spokeswoman left DQ without even getting up to the drive through window. The little Ninjas and I were nearly reduced to TEARS. But, then, she pulled into McDonald's and ordered ice cream cones all the way around. I have to say, McDonald's puts more ice cream in their dollar cones than DQ does! The stingy Spokeswoman didn't actually buy me my own cone. Since McD's apparently doesn't give free ice cream to dogs (unlike dog-friendly DQ!), the stingy Spokeswoman requested that her cone be put in a cup. Then she scraped the top of her cone off and just ate the cone and the ice cream inside the cone. I got the top! And, guess what?...the TOP of a dollar ice cream cone from McD's is about three times bigger than an entire pup cup from DQ's!!! The cup was really deep, but that is just fine because it was FULL TO THE TOP with ICE CREAM!!! It was challenging to get all the ice cream out--but, I'm always up for a challenge...especially if it involves ICE CREAM!!!!!

DOG CLASS and ICE CREAM!!!! Life couldn't be better!

Oh, and when Oldest Ninja got back home from her soccer game, I found out that she played "Sweeper" again...got kicked in the face and hit in the face with the ball...winding up with a bloody nose and swollen lip. She was pretty excited when she got home. She thinks battle scars are cool. I think Oldest Ninja is COOL!!!

Ouch! The oldest ninja is very tough!

Your puppy pic is so cute!!!

That ice cream sure looks yummy! I'm going to ask my mom to take me to DQ for a pup cup. I think we only have 1 or 2 left here on Oahu. If not, she better get me a McD's cone!
